Shipping

 

We aim to send your order out as soon as we can. Most orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process package and send in addition to the delivery estimate time.

DOMESTIC

Orders to UK & N.Ireland addresses will be sent via signed for post e.g. Royal Mail or equivalent courier at a flat rate of 4.50 per order. 

EUROPE

European orders will be posted out at a flat rate of £10 per order. We will try to get you a tracking number but we are unable to guarantee that. Contact us if you have any preferred delivery options.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, we happily ship to most countries at a flat rate of £20 per order.

Please contact customer service if you do not see your country listed. Note that delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination.


TAXES

It is your sole responsibility to pay all import duties and taxes that may be due on your order based on your country's tax rules. Please contact your country's local tax office for more information.

Returns

We hope you love our products, so if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days

Please send all returns in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached). When you first try on our clothes please don't wear any strong fragrances or deodorants that might scent or mark the item (or we might not be able to accept the return).

We will either exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice or, if preferred, refund the purchase price upon receipt.

We are unable to cover the cost of return postage, but we will cover the cost of posting out an exchange.

Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via standard shipping.

  • What you would like to do (refund or exchange)

We will get back to you to process your return and advise you on the best way to return it.
